Alicia & Jeremiah’s Watermark at Shully’s wedding took place on a chilly fall day with the wind blowing and the sun shining! These two finished preparing for their big day right inside the venue. The getting ready time was filled with so many touching moments with Alicia, Jay, and their two kiddos. It was hard to keep the camera off those two little cuties! 😉 A couple of favorite moments from the beginning of the day were (1) Alicia’s dad, Mike, seeing her for the first time (ALWAYS a touching moment), and (2) the kids running down the aisle to their dad, full of joy & happiness. With the sun shining, family and friends gathered to watch Alicia & Jeremiah make everything official. With their vows and a kiss, they became Mr. & Mrs. Schneider!

Following the ceremony, guests gathered inside the beautiful venue. Being our first time at this location, we were thoroughly impressed by the gorgeous space! Alicia & Jay’s family and bridal party continued to brave the frigid temperatures for pictures, and they were SO worth it! The outside setting was just as stunning as the inside! We even found that sweet golden light of fall sunsets for Alicia & Jay’s images together. We actually met Alicia & Jeremiah (Jay) at Alicia’s sister’s wedding two years ago (Karen & Billy). At that time, Alicia & Jay’s little girl was only weeks old. It is pretty sweet that this time, Karen & Billy are the ones with the week-old newborn. Life is pretty sweet like that! 🙂

Alicia & Jay made sure their wedding day was family-centered. It’s so apparent how these two love each other and their kiddos SO much! They actually met at work. That might sound like a great place to meet a future spouse, but for Alicia & Jay, it presented a few obstacles. You see, at this work place, Alicia’s dad, Mike, is the boss! You can bet that he wasn’t too fond of the idea that one of his employees was interested in his little girl! In fact, Mike mentioned this in his father-of-the-bride speech, but he also went on to share how Jay won him over thoroughly. They have a beautiful family loved by so many.

With the rest of the evening to celebrate, guests enjoyed a delicious dinner and a fun night of dancing. After Alicia & Jay’s first dance, they shared a family dance with their kiddos. Before our time with them ended, we stepped outside to cool down for a quick night shot. We loved our time with Alicia, Jay, their kiddos, and their extended family and friends.
